Easy to Operate: The Partlow 1800+ Controller is one of the easiest controllers to operate from day one.
Easy to Install: All internal wiring and fusing has been completely done.
Solid State Relays: Mounted on oversized heat sinks to dissipate heat build-up and prolong relay life.
Shipped Complete: The controller is mounted in an industrial-duty vented box with on/off switch and all internal wiring installed, in its entirely, for rapid installation.
Comes with Heat Sensor: Your Partlow 1800+ Conctoller is supplied with type "J" thermocouple probe in various lenghts.
Available in Single, Dual, Three and four control as standard. Multiples up to 24 Zone available in wall mount or floor console.
Many individual zones are required for a very large heaters to maintain minimum temperature variation.
A 24 hr timer allows the heater to come up to operating temperature before the shift begins.
We also have a full line of mini controllers. Most are used on small format machines.
